What is your return policy?

Our goal at Union and Main is for you and your recipients to be 100% thrilled with your gifts. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will work with you to find a resolution.


Can I purchase only one item in a collection instead of the whole thing?

Each item has been carefully selected for a thoughtful collection and therefore are only sold as such.


Do you do custom orders?

We would love to speak with you about your specific gifting needs.  Email us at info@unionandmainsf.com.


Can I enclose a gift note with my order?

Absolutely, please do. We will enclose a handwritten gift note based on your selection at checkout.  This gift is from you!


Do all U&M collections come with gift wrap?

Yes.  Each gift will be boxed and wrapped with our beautiful ribbons and gift tags.

Can I have my order rushed?

Yes. Options will be available at checkout. Please reach out to us if you are concerned about the time sensitivity of your delivery.

Do you offer local delivery in San Francisco?
